Bristol's Farm has been in operation since 1888, and is currently managed by 5th generation family farmer Josh Bristol, his wife Erica and his father Dan. In December 2020 Josh and Erica purchased the 28 farmable acres.
The Bristol family prides itself on growing and supplying the highest quality and freshest produce to the local community through our retail stand, farmers markets and our market share program. We open every year in early May with seedlings, flowers and gardening supplies and provide top quality produce through the end of October.
Our growing methods focus on sustainable agriculture using no herbicides, or GMO crops in our fields. We focus on natural and organic pest control methods and use a minimum of external inputs such as fertilizers. All this helps us better take care of our land and the people it feeds.
